Founded in Bangkok in 1993 by a team of German and Thai entrepreneurs, Infinity IT Success (formerly SoftControl.Net) has helped global companies in Thailand and worldwide focus on growing their business for more than two decades.

Over this period, we have delivered IT services and solutions to more than 200+ local and international customers including small and medium size companies as well as enterprise level businesses across different industries. For many of our long list of satisfied customers, we continue to be a preferred IT service provider and provide ongoing IT support and strategic advice.

Our VoIP Business

in November 2016 we celebrated a milestone of processing 1 million calls in one month

Responding to customer demands, worldwide trends and the maturing of broadband coverage & quality in Thailand, Infinity IT Success looked at the feasibility of pioneering a hosted VoIP for enterprises solution in Thailand and beyond. After a two-year development & testing process, CallControl, our hosted VoIP for business solution, was launched in 2015.

For this venture we leveraged our expertise in network management, software development, customer service, some newly hired talent and tons of entrepreneurial spirit…and in November 2016 we celebrated a milestone of processing 1 million calls in one month.

Our multi-cultural IT & VoIP consultancy, customer service and management teams includes Thais as well as expats from countries as diverse as the Germany, UK, France, Switzerland, Israel, Ukraine, Spain, Russia, India, Malaysia and Australia – we hire based on expertise and attitude, and consider ourselves a true international business that respects Thai culture and tradition.
