CallControl Value™ is a low-cost, ‘test-the-waters’ option for up to 24 users. It gives you the same desktop or soft phone options, voice quality, call rates and business benefits as the Enterprise plan.
The main difference is instead of a dedicated PBX, you use a shared PBX. Also, only some advanced features are available in this package. This gives you the chance to experience VoIP and experiment with the system, until you are confident you get more value from the Enterprise plan, or until you need to add more than 24 users.
So when the day comes, we can upgrade you with the flick of a switch – no legacy equipment to be phased out, no pricey installations, no system downtime. Just. Like. That.

CallControl Enterprise™ includes the full suite of VoIP features, on a dedicated PBX stored in a secure Bangkok data centre. The per-user price depends on the total number of users inside the telephone system. With more users, the cheaper the per-user-price gets.
Commonly, companies who use the enterprise package connect at least 25 users, have more than one branch (although this is not necessary) and value high quality telephone communications and professional control of all calling activity.
Some CallControl Enterprise™ clients are call centres making hundreds of thousands of calls every month, others have less call volume but value the system’s ease of use and the IT Peace of Mind aspect of a managed service.
